What platform and technologies does the Toolbar work on?

Chatbot and Live Chat Compatibility

The Toolbar is compatible with most chatbot and live chat solutions.

As chatbots contain dynamic, user generated content, the Toolbar may process user information, in which case a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be required.

Customers will need to consult their Data Protection or Legal teams for further guidance.

If this is not possible or you do not wish for chat content to be processed by the Toolbar, our Support Team can assist in configuring the appropriate settings.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can then be sent to Recite Me for review and consideration.

We recommend discussing your specific requirements with your Recite Me contact to ensure a smooth and compliant integration.

Mobile App Solutions

To provide the best solution for your mobile app, we firstly need is to understand what technology or platform your app is built on.

This will help us recommend the most suitable integration approach and provide accurate timelines and pricing. 

There are different types of Mobile Apps: 

  1. WebView Apps

    • These apps package a website (or webpage) as an app.

    • Because they use standard web technologies (HTML/CSS), the Toolbar can be added directly.

    • Simple Installation Process 

  2. Hybrid Native Apps

    • We support two types Flutter or React Native.

    • Our SDKs (Software Development Kit) can be integrated into either of the above and we can build our features into the existing app.

    • Fully embedded solution with your existing app.

  3. Fully Native Apps

    • Apps built with native languages like Swift or Dart.

    • Integration of the above is more complex, so we would work closely with you to explore your requirements and work with you to find the best possible solution.
