      Seamless Toolbar Integration Across Leading Platforms

      The Toolbar has been  successfully implemented across a wide range of leading platforms and technologies, this includes:

      CHATBOTS

      The Toolbar is compatible with most chatbot and live chat solutions.   Depending on how the chatbot is implemented on your website, the Toolbar may be able to process chat content by default, or some additional configuration may be required. 

      Because chatbots contain dynamic user generated content, you should be aware that the Toolbar could process any information entered into the chat.   

      If personal data may be shared through your chatbot, you may need to enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us.

      If you prefer not to have chat content processed by the Toolbar our support team will be able to assist with this.
