Document Remediator - Whitelisting

Allowing the Document Remediator to Access Your Site

For customers with higher security controls, crawler detection of your PDF landscape may be restricted or blocked by firewalls, web application firewalls (WAFs), or intrusion prevention systems. In these cases, we provide the following static IP addresses so they can be explicitly allowlisted, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and accurate monitoring without triggering security defences.

    • 15.204.111.19   (Note: IP will be updated April 2026)
  • UK Remediator can be found at:
    • 198.244.253.238

Security Note

This solution is secure — it won’t expose your site to new risks. It only makes a small, controlled exception that recognizes our document crawler as trusted. No other traffic is affected.
