Toolbar User Statistics (BETA) 

As part of our continued commitment to promote user engagement, we have reviewed how we capture our data, so that we can provide more insightful data on your Users toolbar usage.  

What has changed? 

Our current reporting is based on EVENTS  which includes a wide range of user interactions some of which are passive or system-triggered for example page loading automatically, or tooltip appearing when user hovers, 

This means that actions are correctly counted and reported, but can mean that interactions such as text to speech, translations events are potentially inflating the overall activity numbers.

Moving to Click Based: 

Following a successful trial of over 100 of our clients, we are now in a position to offer the new reporting to all of our clients.

Using Click House, we have transitioned to CLICK BASED - TRACKING, which focuses specifically on direct user actions like button clicks.

We believe this will provide you with a more accurate and meaningful view of actual user engagement.   

This way of reporting, however could potentially lead to lower numbers compared to the event based method, simply because it filters out non intentional or automated activity.

🚨If you notice a drop in numbers on your reports, please note this does not reflect a drop in engagement , just an update in how we measure it. 

So what's new? 

We are please to be able to offer our clients the ability to view your User Statistics as and when you want them via our Self Serve User Statistics Portal.

This will give you: 

• Access to view data across each of your domains 
  
  Usage statistics on  

• Toolbar Launches - This will display the number of times your toolbar has been launched
• Page Views - Providing the number of page views, that have had an active toolbar on.
• Page Breakdown - Provides a breakdown of what these pages are
• Browsers-  Displays the different browsers the toolbar has been used on 
• Devices - Breakdown of the devises used with the toolbar active
• Countries - Shows you where the toolbar has been used from across the globe 
• Full feature breakdown - Displaying the number of times your features have been used
• Language & Text to Speech  Support - What languages have your website been translated into 
• Feature usage for Font Changes and colour profiles

How do I log in?

• Once activated you will receive an onboarding email from Recite Me (noreply@reciteme.com) - If you do not receive this then please email customer.support@recitem.com

• Follow the prompts to log in.

  If you are a checker client then all you need to do is simply go up to Products (top left) and select Recite Me Toolbar. 
  
  
• Domains which are assigned to your Toolbar will then be displayed within the Domains section, simply select the domain you wish to view, and your chosen dates and your statistics will be displayed.
