Recite Me Sub-Processors

Recite Me has several sub-processors in use for our hosting and services.

The list is split out as follows:

  • Recite Me Group
  • Core infrastructure and hosting
  • Feature specific and opt-in sub-processors, which covers:
    • Assistive Toolbar
    • Accessibility Auditing
    • Online Accessibility Training
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered features

This list is regularly reviewed and maintained. It includes the following details for each sub-processor:

  • Sub-Processor legal entity and address
  • Purpose of processing
  • Categories of personal data processed
  • Location(s)
  • Transfer mechanism in place between Recite Me and the sub-processor
  • Links to any public security and privacy pages or trust centres.

Please note that Recite Me cannot provide to our customers or prospects any certification, documentation or evidence obtained from our sub-processors as part our supplier due diligence, due to the NDAs in place.

We provide links to publicly available information so that customers can review this material separately, if necessary.

Recite Me Data Processors

Recite Me has separate processors in place for its own corporate administration, account management, and customer support communications. They do not act as sub-processors for Recite Me products or customer end-user application data and, as such, do not appear on the sub-processor list above, nor are they subject to Clause 7.5 in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

However, we publish them to ensure transparency for our activities as a Controller, in line with Articles 5(1)(a) and 24 of GDPR.

Updates to this page

You may subscribe to receive notifications by email if we update this page to add or replace any Sub-Processors, if any of our Sub-Processors materially change the services that they provide, or if they change the country from which they provide them. This is in accordance with Clause 7.5 of our DPA.
