Personal Data Complaints Process
From 19th June, all UK organisations must have a personal data complaints process for their activities as a Controller.
Following the change to the Data Protection Act 2018, Recite Me has documented a personal data complaints process for our activities as a Controller, namely as an employer, former employer or for marketing activities.
For users of our products or services, please direct your complaints to the site or application owner where you used our product. As Controller, they must deal with that complaint and as their Processor, we will assist them as instructed.
As part of this process, we have created a complaints form to assist individuals with their complaints. This can be found here: Personal Data Complaints Form.

Please note that there must be some personal impact on an individual as part of the complaint. The personal data complaints process cannot be used for general personal data handling or dissatisfaction.
