Recite Me Scanning Service (Checker) Description of Services

The Recite Me Accessibility Scanning Technology Service allows clients to scan authorised domains against the latest version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) - specifically, those success criteria which can be scanned programmatically.  

The tool will provide dashboards on accessibility findings falling into each WCAG rating with suggestions on what to fix for the biggest improvements against effort and time and a resource hub of accessibility related information and reporting tools.
