PDF Remediation provides a suite of tools to discover, audit, and structurally remediate PDF documents hosted on the customer's authorised domains, aligning them with WCAG and PDF/UA standards.

Functions:

  • Automated crawling of specified domains to identify and inventory hosted PDF files and assess their accessibility status.

  • Transform inaccessible PDFs into compliant formats that users will access instead of the original.

  • A cloud-based delivery mechanism that intercepts PDF requests and provides an accessible HTML version of the document, compatible with assistive technologies.

  • Provide a centralised dashboard to track and report document remediation progress across the customer’s document library.
